Heya i have not testet this, (i don't even have a mechanical keyboard yet) but i think severly over loobing could also lead to keys not registring anymore since loob is usually insulating. So if you manage to get loob on the metal contact you could just render the switches useles or make them unrelayable. But again this is just a thought i had watching the video. Maybe you wanna test this too at some point?

My first mechanical keyboard was with the Brown switches, Love it. if I replace it I may stay with brown or may go to blue. I do like the tactile feel of the browns and the clickyness is great when you are angry typing, helps get the point across :P

i like this one . my son (10) wanted a new LED keyboard and we saw this on takealot . he didnt want to wait for it hahaha. so we drove to our pc store and for time being got him an astrumkg200 (did a lil unboxing of it haha) which will be his backup when we get the red dragon

"Blue" is the original mechanical keyboard switch.. all other ones are just options for different tastes.

This chair is so bad After some use, the mesh just touches the metal on the back which is so uncomfortable I cannot fix it

This might be controversial but i like tge sound of blue switches as i own a blue switch keyboard but that lego sound is beautiful

man...have i gone a long way when it comes to keyboards. now what i look for is thocky keyboards lol.

Iv gamed at all different hz and fps and 240hz is the bees knees idc what people say and it will take time to adjust but I swear you gain at least 10% accuracy and gameplay is much more smoother. I tell you what going from 240 to 165 hurts

Do you have to open and clean the lube and replace it every so often or what? I was just trying to find a keyboard to replace mine that keeps double typing and now I've fallen into a whole rabbit hole I didn't know existed.

When I first tried to lube a keyboard I ended up doing a lot of keys like the 2nd to last one. Overlubing actually makes switches somewhat clicky sounding which is probably from the stickiness of the lube acting on certain parts instead of benefiting from the greasiness of the lube. Like a bell curve switches are loudest when either under or overlubed.
